So Lockdown has finally been eased, to say I'm super excited is an understatement. Lockdown has been ongoing since March 25th.The government warned us not to leave home unless we are key workers or had to shop for essential items. 1. Meet up with friends and family qw 2. Stick to the healthy/exercise routines. Exercise is so important to our overall physical/mental well being. Before lock-down I had a very busy schedule,I struggled to keep to my healthy lifestyle. I have since realised since the lock-down began having our daily walks/ bike rides makes an overall difference to our well-being . 3. Let go of Friendships/relationships that no longer serve you Do not go back, keep it moving. If they have not reached out to you or vice versa I think the best thing is to keep it moving, during this awful pandemic if neither parties checked on one another it is more than likely that it was for the best. 4. Travel BOOK NOW! So much of the world has been on lock-down. Any place that you have always wanted to travel to, or had to put on hold due to the pandemic BOOK NOW! 5. Complete studies I have been studying a few several courses including childcare and English language, I plan to take on more courses I love to learn. 7. Volunteer in the local community There has been a rise in volunteer work as the pandemic rose, giving back to those who are vulnerable or simply isolated is something that you should stick to. 8. Social/ political activism Political unrest has always been around,however recently while we were at home we had more time to educate ourselves on certain topics and take part. So do not stop voicing your opinion and taking part in injustice or general awareness whether it be local or international. 9. Spirituality/meditation Any more things that you can continue doing after lock-down?
